This policy explains what we collect when you use sigmaluggage.com and how we use it. The site is run by Iqra Import and Export Pvt Ltd, Flat no. 6-8-150/A, Gagan Pahad Road, IDA Kattedan, Hyderabad, R R District, Telangana - 500077, which sells Sigma Luggage products.
What we collect
- To deliver your order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the items you buy.
- If you create an account: your login email and a securely stored password (we never see it in plain text).
- If you contact us or send a bulk enquiry: what you write to us.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site safely, such as your IP address in our security logs.
Payments. Card, UPI and netbanking payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. For UPI orders paid outside Razorpay, we keep only the payment reference you give us.
How we use it. To process and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates (email, SMS, WhatsApp), to handle returns and warranty claims, to answer your messages, and to keep the site secure. We send offers or our newsletter only if you sign up, and every message has a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with. Only those who help us serve you: courier partners (name, phone, address), Razorpay (payment), our email and hosting providers, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Cookies. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work (your session and cart). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add any, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed, and you can ask us to delete your account.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to our Grievance Officer below. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children. The site is meant for adults (18+). Children may use it with a parent or guardian.
