Shipping Policy

Where we deliver. We deliver across India to every PIN code our courier partners (such as Delhivery) serve. If your PIN code can't be served, checkout tells you before you pay.
Delivery charge. Delivery is free on every order across India.
When your order leaves us. We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).
How long delivery takes. These are estimates from the day of dispatch. They are not guarantees, because couriers, weather and local holidays can add a day or two.
- Hyderabad: 2–3 working days
- Rest of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh: 4–5 working days
- Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala: 5–6 working days
- Rest of India: 6–8 working days
- North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep: 8–12 working days
Tracking. Once your order ships, we send you the courier name and a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp. You can also follow it on our Track order page with your order number and email.
Cash on delivery (COD). COD is available on orders up to ₹10,000 for a fee of ₹99, shown at checkout before you place the order.
If we can't deliver. The courier makes up to 3 attempts and contacts you by phone or WhatsApp. If the parcel comes back to us because no one was available, the address was wrong or delivery was refused:
- Prepaid orders: we refund the amount paid minus the actual shipping cost we paid for the trip out and back, and we tell you that amount before refunding.
- COD orders: no money changes hands. Repeatedly refused COD orders may lose COD for that phone number.
Check your parcel. If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, please note it with the delivery person, take photos, and tell us within 48 hours (see Returns & Refunds).
