Every Astra and Nova suitcase comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery.
What it covers
- the polypropylene shell (cracks or splits under normal use)
- the 360° spinner wheels
- the three-step telescopic handle and carry handles
- the zipper (including the anti-theft zipper)
- the TSA-approved lock (mechanism)
What it doesn't cover
- damage by airlines, couriers or rough handling; accidents
- scratches, scuffs, dents and other cosmetic marks
- misuse, over-packing, or using the suitcase for anything other than travel
- normal wear and tear, fading or stains
- repairs or changes made by anyone other than us
- a forgotten lock combination or lost keys
How to claim. WhatsApp +91 90307 09725 or email orders@sigmaluggage.com with your order number (or invoice), photos or a short video of the problem, and your address. We look at it and reply within a few working days. If it is covered, we repair or replace the faulty part or the suitcase. A replacement is the same model and colour, or the closest available if that is no longer made. We pay the shipping on approved claims.
Your invoice or order number is your proof of purchase. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Indian consumer law.
